Good sized brand-new rooms with great shower and views over London, as example. A magnificent location next to a circus and restaurants. Truly enjoyed shopping area.

Location. Bath was new.
Construction site. Renovation. Carpet very old. All very old. Freshly painted, and the smell was still very strong. Small rooms

The view from the 10th floor was fantastic. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very centrally located. A stone's throw from the Oxford Circus subway.

- The location in London is very good. Most of the sights are within walking distance. - There are also plenty of restaurants and pubs in the vicinity of the hotel. - The view from the 12 floor was also quite good.
Unfortunately, the rooms and the hotel in general have already gotten worn out. Unfortunately the floor was not completely clean on arrival.

location
arrived mid afternoon and was given a room with people already in it (1015). Next room had a dirty toilet and could have been dusted better (1007). Went to the bar to get a drink. The girl struggled to understand me and so after several failed attempts to order a fresh orange and lemonade I settle for a can of sprite. In front of me she poured the sprite or at least half of the can into a glass. Then when I asked for the rest of the can she looked surprised at the request. When paying I asked for a receipt only to be told I didn't tell her that at the start. She fumbled with the til before admitting defeat and calling a supervisor who then gave me a receipt. So it took me nearly 20minutes to get a drink from your bar. At this point I decided that I wasn't going to even look at your menu for dinner. I stayed two nights but whilst my room was serviced I was not particularly pleased to see that my bed was just re-maded without fresh sheets. It was clear that it was the same sheets as I had made a mark on the bed with my shoes the night before and it was still on it. Overall I didn't have the greatest experience and couldn't reccommend you to anyone else.

The location is excellent, very close to Oxford Circus and all the main tourist attractions. The room was very nice, with free internet on TV and a nice wireless keyboard.Though we didn't use them, there were coffee and tea facilities in the room, at users's discretion.

The location
This hotel was awful, when arriving it had building work outside, in our room was a broken toilet seat, a broken television and remote control. The room was very unclean and the staff we useless. I would never ever recommend to stay at this hotel.
